      Resolve the additional paths for the specified endpointId and web server namespace.
      Parameters:
      endpointId - the id of an endpoint
      webServerNamespace - the web server namespace
      Returns:
      the additional paths of the endpoint or null if this mapper doesn't support the given endpoint ID.
