NestedJarFile

              throws IOException

Creates a new NestedJarFile instance to read from the specific File.

Parameters:

file - the jar file to be opened for reading

nestedEntryName - the nested entry name to open

Throws:

IOException - on I/O error

IllegalArgumentException - if nestedEntryName is null or empty
