Create a new ImagePackager instance.

Parameters:

source - the source file to package

backupFile - the backup of the source file to package

packageImage

                  throws IOException

Create a packaged image.

Parameters:

libraries - the contained libraries

exporter - the exporter used to write the image

Throws:

IOException - on IO error
