CharacterEditor
public CharacterEditor(boolean allowEmpty)
- Create a new CharacterEditor instance.
The "allowEmpty" parameter states if an empty String should
be allowed for parsing, i.e. get interpreted as null value.
Else, an IllegalArgumentException gets thrown in that case.
