Encapsulates information about an @ControllerAdvice Spring-managed bean without necessarily requiring it to be instantiated.

The findAnnotatedBeans(ApplicationContext) method can be used to discover such beans. However, an ControllerAdviceBean may be created from any object, including ones without an @ControllerAdvice.
