Create an instance with a matching pattern.

Parameters:

matchingPattern - the matching pattern, possibly not the same as the input pattern, e.g. inputPattern="/foo" and matchingPattern="/foo/".

lookupPath - the lookup path extracted from the request

pathMatcher - the PathMatcher used
