TaskExecutor interface
and listens to Spring lifecycle callbacks.
Can be shared between a Quartz Scheduler (specified as "taskExecutor") and other TaskExecutor users, or even used completely independent of a Quartz Scheduler (as plain TaskExecutor backend).
