JettyHttpHandlerAdapter	ServletHttpHandlerAdapter extension that uses Jetty APIs for writing to the response with ByteBuffer.
TomcatHttpHandlerAdapter	ServletHttpHandlerAdapter extension that uses Jetty APIs for reading from the request and writing to the response with ByteBuffer.
