DelegatingAccessDeniedHandler	An AccessDeniedHandler that delegates to other AccessDeniedHandler instances based upon the type of AccessDeniedException passed into DelegatingAccessDeniedHandler.handle(HttpServletRequest, HttpServletResponse, AccessDeniedException).
ExceptionTranslationFilter	Handles any AccessDeniedException and AuthenticationException thrown within the filter chain.
