AuthorizationGrantTokenExchanger<T extends AuthorizationGrantAuthenticationToken>	Implementations of this interface are responsible for "exchanging" an authorization grant credential (for example, an authorization code) for an access token credential at the authorization server's Token Endpoint.
AuthorizationRequestRepository	Implementations of this interface are responsible for the persistence of AuthorizationRequestAttributes between requests.
AuthorizationRequestUriBuilder	Implementations of this interface are responsible for building an OAuth 2.0 Authorization Request, which is used as the redirect URI to the Authorization Endpoint.
