AccessDecisionManager is able to process
authorization requests presented with the passed ConfigAttribute.
This allows the AbstractSecurityInterceptor to check every
configuration attribute can be consumed by the configured
AccessDecisionManager and/or RunAsManager and/or
AfterInvocationManager.
