Ensure that the Jms broker socket is available by polling it for up to 2 seconds

Returns:

JmsSource to use in fluent API chaining

Throws:

java.lang.IllegalStateException - if can not connect in 2 seconds.

Sends data to the JMS broker via TCP.

Parameters:

data - A string containing the data to send to the JMS broker.
